Corpse Prophet, my new novelette is now released from Dog Copilot Press. Here’s the description: A decade after the Civil War Leroy Roosevelt is lynched for talking to a white woman. In Arizona territory his corpse grows, crushing the town of Dobson and spreading across the desert. “Our destinies are intertwined, the three of us,” Otis tells Cleve. “We make up a trinity, but Leroy alone will judge the future.” For Cleve, who raised Leroy as a son, a future of Black Laws and lynchings is no future to move towards. Otis believes man will come to their better natures.
